At Moody's Dog Field, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to all customers while helping us manage bookings effectively.

 

1. Cancellation By The Customer

More than 24 hours before your booking

 

If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, you may choose one of the following:

 

• Transfer your booking to another available date and time.

• Receive a full refund to your original payment method.

 

Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

 

This is because your booking reserves the field exclusively for your use and we may be unable to rebook the session at short notice.

2. Late Arrival

 

Your booking will end at the scheduled finish time regardless of your arrival time.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot extend sessions or offer refunds for late arrivals.

3. No Shows

 

If you do not attend your booking and have not contacted us beforehand, your booking will be treated as a no show and no refund or transfer will be offered.

4. Adverse Weather

 

Moody's Dog Field operates in all weather conditions.

 

Refunds or transfers will not normally be provided due to:

 

• Rain

• Wind

• Cold weather

• Muddy ground

• Other normal seasonal conditions

Bookings should be made with all weather conditions in mind.

 

If we decide that weather conditions make the field unsafe to use (for example, severe flooding, fallen trees or exceptionally dangerous conditions), we will contact affected customers as soon as possible to arrange either:

 

• A full refund; or

• A transfer to another available session.

5. Closure by Moody's Dog Field

 

If we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond your control, including maintenance, safety concerns or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:

 

A full refund; or

The opportunity to transfer your booking to another available session.

Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds will normally be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days, although times may vary depending on your payment provider.
